This was disgusting. Felt unsafe from approach, people loitering with loud music. Rooms stunk, floors uncleaned, bugs in bathroom, hair in sink. Left immediately.

The property wasn’t clean, the door lock wasn’t working smoothly.the free breakfast wasn’t there.

Door was open for my room. Had a smell of old cigarettes. When I went to use the bathroom there were roaches I had to kill and roaches in the room. Dark room as one lamp had no light bulb, light by closet just flickered. Air conditioner was noisy. Place needs an overhaul

My first disappointment was that there was no shuttle from the airport and we ended up paying $20 for Uber each direction. Second disappointment was when I called the front desk and was put on an indefinite hold until I finally gave up. Third disappointment was being assigned to a room that was not cleaned and ready. Not the kind of place to bring your kids. Smelled like weed when we got up to our floor and when we opened the door to our "non-smoking" the smell of cigarette smoke smacked us in the face, greeted shortly after by the chirp of the smoke alarm. We turned the lights on and the bugs shuffled back into the refrigerator. We payed an extra $80 to book at the Embassy suites next door (thank God there was a room) and were happy with that.
