My room was old furnished the tv was not working right the bed was low and we didnt have cups or ice or anything

I booked a room with a king bed and got a room with a queen. When I brought this up, the staff said they didn’t have any rooms with king beds left and they couldn’t do anything to help me since I booked through Expedia and not directly through them. There was a $12.95 parking fee when the listing says it is free, and the “breakfast” was just coffee. Terrible experience. Strange stains all over the room. Rude workers. No free perks. Only positive was it was near my concert venue. Not worth the money at all though.

This place was a damn mess! From the roaches everywhere to the water draining slowly in the shower, paint peeling off walls, holes in ceiling, hallways smelling cigarettes, stairwell smell like garbage. Their continental breakfast is muffins, hot water, coffee, tea, and granola bars. Why stay? Because I was moving in 2 days and only needed a place for the babies to sleep that was close to their school and my job.

From the time we walked into the building it smelled unpleasant. The receptionist was kind and efficient. Once I received the keys and went to the room it was disgusting. The refrigerator had brown stains all over it. There were roaches on the pillow and bed, as well as roaches behind the refrigerator and on the walls.
