Awful place. Everything broken down

We found roaches in our room. When we brought the issue up to the staff, the man said “yeah, this place is infested”. So we did not up staying the night and instead drove from from Philadelphia to Northern NJ at 1:30 in the morning because we didn’t feel safe to sleep in our room.

First thing the remote wasn’t working, didn’t had battery in ask the front desk they never replaced it. There was roach in the bathroom. The smoke detector was not working either.

The price is kind of of ok. The bed 🛌 was fine. Breakfast is not is the same every morning. I should’ve been told of the hotel situation before finalizing my booking. At the booking it looks like I was going to be at the Ambessy suites. I was misguided on reservation.
