I Checked Out Early Because of The Smell and could not stand it, so i left 12 hours early and just drove back in where i was able to breathe in my sleep. What a waste of money

Furniture bolted together with construction l brackets. AC in window didn’t work - 3 of the 4 lamps did not work. Construction debris in Hallway when at elevator. They required a $100 deposit for damages!! Doesent look like they repaired many of the damages… Staff was terrific - friendly on check in and was prompt about refund when quality was poor still waiting I’m my $100 deposit.

The property was horrible. Roach infested. Smelling of weed. Broken drawers. Why does Expedia even list this property? Please have somebody contact me right away. I've pics which I will post online shortly. I demand a refund. I will also file a complaint with the City of Philadelphia.

Dirty, smelly, stained countertops, broken furniture, cockroaches in the sinks… this has it all. Patched holes in the wall, door that’s been kicked open… other a good bed, that’s about it.

My flight was cancelled and found something close to airport. I arrived after midnight and could hear screaming and fighting from the lobby. There was a roach in the shower and everything was old and broken.

One good thing was they let me check in a little earlier. But there was no toiletries (soap, shampoo etc) and the hair dryer didn’t work. Very basic.

Checked in on the evening. A lady had carry out boxes across the whole front desk. Get to the room there were people smoking in the hallways on that floor. Whatever. One night. Lay on the bed and it’s soaking wet. Horror story. Never again.
