BED BUGS GALORE There were small black bugs all over the room.. all in my bed. I asked to change rooms and they said no..the guy gave me new sheets to put on myself. RIDICULOUS!! DO NOT STAY HERE

When I arrived to check in, the staff was sleeping. I have to yell a couple of time until he woke up. After I was checked in, I went to my room and turned on the light and the first thing that caught my eye was roaches. I went down immediately to have my room switched and I was charged extra for the room by the system according to the staff. The second room also had roaches. Terrible pillows and sheets with someone else’s hair on them. The TV remote only worked for one night. Staff wasn’t friendly and there were weird people hanging out in the lobby and yelling at people in the parking lot. But, the icing on the cake was when I wanted to shower in the middle of the day and couldn’t find a Do Not Disturb sign.
