This is a roach motel, figuratively and literally. I’d never stay here again. The reviews speak for themselves, so believe the reviews/feedback that people have left because it’s true I promise you! The staff were so unpleasant. They never welcomed us and had us standing in the lobby while they made it look like they were busy. 0/10, I don’t recommend. I want my $ back quite honestly! Dirty It looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was hair in the sink and on the toilet, the floors were visibly dirty as well as the fridge and tabletops. Front desk was nice but the room was just a mess.

The smell and the hotel needs an upgrade

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever seen or stayed at. The worst situation ever. Roaches, dirty walls, floors, bathroom smelled of urine. Rugs were disguisting and stained. Stove was rusty. Elevators had garbage. Hallways had garbage. Roaches were on the walls. Sheets were dirty and hairy. Roaches under the bed. Hotel smelled of smoke. Teach pilled up in hallways. Panels on crimping were missing. Hallway had a flood. This was horrible. This hotel needs to close. Asap. Very unsanitary and unsafe.

The staff were very nice but the rooms were terrible. There were bugs (alive and dead) in the shower, on the floor, crushed into the carpet, and on the window sill. The AC unit blew lukewarm air and the room never got cooler than about 75 degrees. The TV had to be operated manually because there was no remote, and its stand was broken so when I was changing channels it felt like the whole TV was going to break off. The carpet is ancient and gross.
