On every level of the hotel, huge and extremely noisy dehumidifier were running 24/7. There was an unpleasant smell throughout. Breakfast ( in the very noisy foyer) contained muffins and cheap health bars. No table, no chairs. Coffee was good… Trying to converse with staff was nearly impossible, and whenever I asked to repeat a word, they were very rude. The room was clean, but there was only one lightbulb for 3 light fixtures. Staff told me that I would have to wait until the maintenance would show up… The hotel is clearly ... read more

No like pic Was not made aware of the deposit needed to stay. Room was not clean, bed was completely uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Bathroom was not clean and room smelled of smoke

From insects to stains on the walls and black residue inside the microwave— avoid. Even after switching rooms, no imorovement.

They didn't let me check in and I try to call the customer service twice and both the times they hung up on me. This is why I rate this expedia service as negative

This hotel show be out of service had roaches running around and smelled bad in not a place to stay

I had to switch rooms because the bathroom was disgusting. Then my second room, the outside of the fridge was completely filthy. Room smelled bad, hotel had no dishes/pots or pans for the suites. Said there would be complementary breakfast, all there was offered was coffee and granola bars.
