Didnt let me check in as they were "overbooked" refused to refund me and threatened to call the police when I insisted on a resolution

Room floor filthy. Door open. The check in staff Nikki and Derrick were great. Unfortunately, the room floor was filthy and the door wasn’t locked when I went to the room. I did not feel safe to stay here and checked out. The front desk would not return my deposit and would not give me a paper receipt showing I checked out.

Nothing good to say about this place. No love and care goes into it. Dirty lobby, hallways, and rooms. I had 3 roaches in my room and the sink and tub was clogged. Also there was hair on the floor and on the sink from the person that stayed in that room before me. Will never be back. I think the place needs to be tore down and built back up from scratch. Horrible
