I showed up to check-in, only to be told they had no room for me because they were overbooked. Charged my credit card for a no-show after they turned me away Very unprofessional.

Needs some work Felt bad for front desk agent. Hotel was overbooked. Some rooms were not cleaned and ready to be occupied. Guest were very unhappy. My room was clean enough to stay in after traveling 3hours in bad weather. To tired to find abothe hotel. Rooms need some deep cleaning, paint refresh. AC had a musty smell to it. Bathroom has cigarette burns at the sink. Toilet seat was loose. No Ice machine in the entire hotel. Definitely wouldnt stay here again.

Overbooked hotel - no room even with a reservation booked my hotel, the reservation confirmation sent me to another hotel. The people at the front desk at that hotel said it happens all the time. They were nice enough to call Extended Stay to confirm my reservation before I made the journey. Extended Stay confirmed they were overbooked, even though they had my reservation, and did not have a room for me. Stealing people's money so never pay online for a I payed for a room online when I get to the hotel I was told there wasn't any rooms I would like my money back thank you

The reservation didn't exist. They said i should come after you for cost but i am so hopeless of anyone ever dping the right thing. Try not to strand desperate airline passengers again? I slept at airport. Probably it for me qnd expedia

Unclean facility with filthy matress I did NOT stay at this hotel. I checked in and out the same day. This place is unclean, filthy mattress, scratched up furniture with missing knobs, layers of dirt behind the night table and dirty walls. The pictures used for their web page is not an accurate depiction of their facilities. The hallways had debris on the floor and needed to be vacuumed. Dilapidated room.. Room was dilapidated.. furniture was dingy and banged up. Wreaked of cigarette smoking though I had booked a non-smoking room.
