Customer service and attempts to fix the issues was good. Breakfast needs to be refilled and not empty. 1 day where bus tour was there..run out of food. Not good. Computer center down..operating on Windows 5 or someonething. No access to email internet etc as advertised..then dont advertise. AC wasnt working for 2 nights and I stayed for 5. Someone came on day 4 to fix. Building itself needs upgrade.. carpets are old. Wood is chipped. Lighting is dull.

Pretty beat up I guess you get what you pay for but property very dirty lots of bugs in the room. Don’t go there I booked by mistake and lesson learnt

We were removed from three different rooms first one walked into the air conditioner. Plug was laying on the floor and broke. It was taped complete fire hazard second one we were sent to had somebody in it sleeping third one we were sent to had roaches crawling all over the doors and walls and floors as soon as we turn the light on, we immediately took a video and ran out, we were fully refunded for this. Roach motel The property was in very poor condition roaches literally everywhere I would never recommend or stay here again. Terrible

The towel situation is a joke. The tub was stained and dirty and I had to reclean it with few supplies, the water didn't drain from tub, toilet seat was shifting b/c off hinges, a man was yelling and banging on the room door right across from us. ITS DEFINITELY PET FRIENDLY BUT NOT PEOPLE
