Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was broken. Didn’t have amenities it said it had. Staff was rude. Room was so dirty and everything was broken do not stay here.

Nothing was good. It smelled like weed in the foyer. Major food smells in the hallway from people cooking in their rooms. Musty in the room itself. Top of fridge had at least 10 room cards and 1/8" of dust. I'm 5'8" and saw this at eye level. Nothing I looked for. Furniture was busted, missing silverware drawer, telephone cord missing from phone and remote was missing cover and didn't work. The bed seemed old and only had like a sheet that imitated a bedcover. I showed up to check-in, only to be told they had no room for me because they were overbooked. Charged my credit card for a no-show after they turned me away Very unprofessional.

Needs some work Felt bad for front desk agent. Hotel was overbooked. Some rooms were not cleaned and ready to be occupied. Guest were very unhappy. My room was clean enough to stay in after traveling 3hours in bad weather. To tired to find abothe hotel. Rooms need some deep cleaning, paint refresh. AC had a musty smell to it. Bathroom has cigarette burns at the sink. Toilet seat was loose. No Ice machine in the entire hotel. Definitely wouldnt stay here again.

Overbooked hotel - no room even with a reservation booked my hotel, the reservation confirmation sent me to another hotel. The people at the front desk at that hotel said it happens all the time. They were nice enough to call Extended Stay to confirm my reservation before I made the journey. Extended Stay confirmed they were overbooked, even though they had my reservation, and did not have a room for me.
