Roaches everywhere and broken, dirty furniture. The cost to stay at this hotel is ridiculous considering how poor and dirty the place is.

They didnt even let us check in. There was a sign that said their system was down so they weren't checking anyone in.

Please read I would really like to talk to management and try to get a refund because it was completely ridiculous. The way me and my girlfriend was talk to the person behind the desk. There was faulty electric lines and a leak on the first floor and the room was dirty and a mess.

DO NOT STAY HERE. There were buckets in the lobby to capture leaking water. The staff was absolutely not helpful. I asked for a coffee maker and was told they didn't have any. Extended Stays are supposed to provide what you need for a kitchen. I asked for a do not disturb sign. I was told those were not allowed at this facility. The whole place smelled. Good Service The desk attendant (woman), was excellent. This hotel needs a makeover. It seemed like what you would call a "no-tell motel". I would not stay there unless I had nowhere else to go.
