The room was not even locked and secure when we walked up to it. The deadbolt was holding the door open when we arrived. As soon as we stepped in, the smell of musty cigarettes was aggressively pungent. We immediately left the room and notified the front desk. She informed us there were not any other rooms she could move us to. We decided not to stay due to deceitful marketing and an unhygienic room and left the premises. We will be contacting Expedia about a full refund due to this experience.

This is one of the worst places I ever stayed. Cockroach that’s all I’m going to say and no shuttle to the airport. We walked in and there were garbage cans catching water dripping from ceiling. We will not be going back.
