Property is old and unkept..said free breakfast couldn't fine it..no cream for coffee..only 2 towels in room shower was so gross and beat up we didn't use it

I didn’t stay when I arrived I was told the air conditioner wasn’t working in the room And they couldn’t offer me another room due to the fact they overbooked cause of the holiday So I cancelled my reservation

El lugar olía a marihuana, estaba encendido el televisor, el lugar está nefasto te piden dejar un depósito de 100 usd, es la cosa más mala que he visto en toda mi vida. Está lleno de drogadictos

First i have 4 stars for the staff bc they were great. The room, missing drawer in the kitchen, cieling busted, hair all over the bathroom, the main dresser was broken and missing drawers. Volume and power button didnt work on remote so we could turn it on but not hear the tv. "The truck did not come in for the breakfast". It did not feel safe or appropriate for a child so we left after the first night. I have pictures. We ended up booking again through Expedia at another location which was better.
