Reserved room at last minute via Expedia because of canceled flight. Immediately after booking we Took taxi from airport. Arrived and water dripping from ceiling in the lobby. After waiting to talk to the single staff person present she tells us they are overbooked and don’t have the room. She says there are a few rooms that are not reported as cleaned. She goes to check them and returns to say they are not clean. She offers a room with 1 queen when we need sleep 3. She has no cot or anything. We accept the room. However it ... read more

I paid to reserve a room on orbitz. They overbooked the hotel and did not have a room for me and would not give me a refund, saying Orbitz would need to give a refund. I will NEVER stay at this place again. If I do not get a refund from Orbitz, I will not use Orbitz again and I will take both Orbitz and Extended Stay America to small claims court.

I reserve my room and paid week Advance online and when I got there, they told me that they gave away my room and now they have to find me another room. This room was not clean and all the furnitures was broken. If I didn’t have to stay for that one night I would have left, and get my refund back. Very disappointed and unsatisfied!😡

The room was dusty, dirty, and smelled like dog. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom and one of the towels looked like someone had wiped their lips with lipstick.I also found dog food on the floor in the bathroom. The microwave did not have the glass turntable, and the hotel did not have the advertised grab and go breakfasts during my stay. I ended up switching rooms but it was a horrible stay. I have pictures..

When my husband and i arrived there was several people standing in front of the doors. The doors were not working right we had to push our way through the doors. Some guy followed us in and started a loud conversion circled around the little check in area than back out the front doors. Very sketchy area around this hotel. You have to pay a 100.00 deposit that is refundable in about 3-5 days. That was ridiculous. They wanted me to pay them an extra deposit for the hotel room?? That i was unaware of. I did not feel safe and cancelled my reservation. I requested to see the room. The furniture was dirty and broken. I witnessed 4 police cars in the parking lot, like something had just happened prior to arriving.
