I never leave reviews but this property was terrible. I am hoping I didn’t get bed bugs. There were mouse traps all over the room and two pillows that looked like they should have been for my 1 year old daughter they were that small. Very dirty, I am not sure if the room was cleaned beside the bed being made. They almost cancelled my reservation because they oversold the hotel, I also checked in at midnight so that was an odd comment to me by the front desk since I checked in so late. scary unpleasant stay Got in at 11:30 pm after dropping rental car off at phila airport. chose it due to early flight next morning. the lobby, hallway, room all smelled horrible like when you walk next to homeless tents in san fran. plexiglass protection at checkin counter. my teenage son and i waited for 5 minutes for the lady to finish folding towels before checking us in after looking directly at us several times. while waiting, we watched a drug-addled woman do circles and talk to herself. by this time, the three emoyees... read more

Worst hotel I've ever been in Though reservation was done ahead of time, I was told no room was available with functioning heat. When I was willing to take that inconvenience for at least one night, they then gave me a room that also had a malfunctioning sink. When I addressed the front desk about this, they said that I would have to deal with it and wasn't able to get a better room, albeit still without functioning heat, until I spoke to the manager. Terrible property, would never stay again. Upon arrival, the window was open, which allowed numerous bugs to be moved into my room already. Sheets and blankets were subpar, no trashcan, no toiletries, and a very bad odor, both inside the room and throughout the entire property.

Hotel was filthy. I experienced 4 different odors on the walk up to the room, which also had a variety of funk. Every drawer had stains in it. The fridge was old and dirty. No restrooms in the lobby. There were people randomly laying in the hallways. They keep the trash in the stairwells and that too creates a nasty stink. All the floors were sticky whether carpeted or not. Complete dump. More like an old apartment building than a hotel.
