They gave away my room and were completely indifferent about it because it was expedia`s fault for overbooking them.

I booked this hotel through Expedia last minute, after a flight delay in PHL required an overnight stay. On Expedia, several room types were showing as available, and I booked one of them. When I got to the hotel, however, I was told that they were overbooked and had no rooms available. There was no offer of help to find another hotel or anything else. They overbooked and I have yet to receive a refund. I ended up rooming with my other friend. The room was very, very dirty. I found mites. They charged the room deposit for the mess that was there before we arrived.
