No one at the entrance to check us in. Waited over 90 minutes

DO NOT STAY HERE Advertised as non-smoking hotel and the whole place smelled of smoke. Room, lobby and elevator. The window was open in our room when we arrived, it was 30 deg outside! ROOM HAD AWFUL SMELL. Bathtub faucet had terrible leak and ran all night long. Chair in room had dried vomit on the side. Burns on carpet. Bugs everywhere. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Warning do not stay here...☠☠ This was the worst experience I had at any hotel I've ever stayed in my whole life the toilet and the tub with dirty I got woken up in the middle of the night with roaches crawling on me and I checked out immediately in the middle of the night

Meh We waited to check in for almost 15 minutes. No one was behind the desk. After check in (she was kind of rude/rushed/maybe stressed) our room was dirty. There was trash under the sink, handprints on the mirror, and a half of a can of Red Bull in the fridge. Called front desk but no one answered so just cleaned up ourselves.

Got there at midnight. They canceled my reservation and then refused to give me a room. She was doing an audit so too bad!! Not very friendly and not very accommodating especially after a 7 hour drive. I won’t be staying here again!

Was not able to stay at this property because the room they have me was dirty so I’m asking for a refund.
