It is hard to convey the level of poor service that we received at this hotel. All the staff were friendly, but overworked and they weren't given any tools to be able to do their jobs. We checked in around 7pm. The 1st room we were given was not cleaned. Bedsheets and dirty towers were on the floor and the door was open. The 2nd room, the beds were made and it looked clean, however it had no towers. We also realized that one of the beds only had a fitted sheet, no flat sheet. The entire hotel smelled like wet dogs and cigars, my roim was filthy and i had to request a new room, the second room wasnt much better and it smelled like dogs aswell, people were hanging out in the hallways and out front of the property, i found out they use thst hotel as a shelter of some sort for people who are homeless or something or recovering addicts, the hallways were loud throughout the night, no onevwss at the counter during checkout, i called the front desk from the guess phone in the lobby only to be spoken to ... read more

The dowgraded my reservation roaches in rooms

There were roaches in our room blood stains on the floor and it smelled like old mildew and cigarettes
