DO NOT STAY AT THIS ESA LOCATION! Awful! I could not believe my experience this time around at an Extended Stay America hotel. At check-in, I was expecting to receive the kitchen ware the front desk associate told me would be available. Yet I never received it the entire stay. Even though I called the front desk the next morning, I was told it might be available later in the day -and again I never received the kitchen ware. The facility heating system is not working, they have to move my family many times to the room where the heating is fairly working. They provided my children with multiple blankets to keep them warm. The place is not cleaned. Their are roaches everywhere. The people working there said the place is infested with roaches but nothing is done, the place should be closed down . I wonder there were very few guests in the facility.

On the outside it looks nice. So as u walk in you can tell it was going to be a mess. Room had cigarette burn marks, it was dusty, the bathroom toilet kept clogging. And when I asked for help the lady said don’t u have a plugger. Then it clogged again and the morning staff said you checking out. You can use the staff bathroom. They had this nasty old dish cloth on the kitchen sink

Room didn't seem clean and stock... Items from the past guest were still present in our room.

Breakfast is a joke. Cockroaches in the hallway. Smell of kerosin in the hallway. Uncomfortable bed. Hanging tiles in the bathroom. Shower head broken. As per there website WiFi is free. No way. We were asked to pay for it. Kitchen was empty. They ask us to pay for each plate, glass, cutlery. This was for the first time in all our travel experience. Urine stains on pull out couch, phone in room didn’t work, water ran continuously in shower. Management aware. Never again!

When I returned the first evening, the door lock was broken and would not open. I had to wait outside for more than an hour while the repairman was called, returned to the building, and fixed it. All my "stuff" was in that room, including my medicine. The next day, it broke again. There was mention of adjusting my bill, but that did not happen.
