This was not a pleasant stay. When we entered the room their was food (presumably from the previous guest) still in the microwave, and this along with the nail polish spilled around the bathroom sink led us to question the cleanliness of the room. Toilet and telephone did not work. Staff was friendly and responsive, but appeared overworked and some of the solutions offered (plunger) did not work.

It looks like a bunch of people living their who are homeless or in transition. I left a day early.

I went to the hotel and the front desk told me there is no reservation in your name I paid fully for this room and I end up going to another hotel at the same night I’m looking for a refund up to now I can get refund back terrible service

Brutal smell Unless you have no other choice, pay more and stay someplace else. We actually had to buy a scented candle to cover up the smell in the room. The beds and floor seemed clean, but the bathroom definitely was not.

Filthy!!!!!!!!!! The bathroom was filthy. Toilet had feces and stains in it. I immediately reported this and it was never cleaned during my stay. Dirty wash cloth from previous guest hung in shower. This room was never cleaned. You should be shut down.

Filthy Filthy. I had beverage rings on the floor near bed, so i washed it with a wash cloth. It was black. So i washed the whole floor and no doubt ruined the wash cloth with the filthy floor. Mirror was not wadhed. Toothpaste splasges from prior customer. Manager on staff was not on duty. i asked manager to call me. Never has.
