I never got a chance to stay there. They didn't have my reservation in the computer and I was still charged for the room. I never received a refund

The people staying at this location were hanging outside smoking and drinking. Some of them looked horrible, it seemed like they were high/drunk. The front desk associate - Jay, was very unprofessional. He assumed that I was unemployed. And that my family member was going to sneak in my room just because she was dropping me off. He was not polite. The room smelled terrible. The closet racking was broken, smoke detected hanging off the wall. People were hanging out in the hallway. Thumbs down! The front desk customer service was terrible! The pillow case had dried up blood stains. I was definitely concerned that the sheets hadn’t been changed. Over all my stay was a disappointment!
Look, I get it - it’s a room and nothing more. But at check in, before the person behind the counter asked me for my ID, I had to sign a waiver regarding firearms and marijuana. I almost left right there. No ice machine, TV guide doesn’t coincide with the channels (it’s actually 2 channels off), grandmas furniture from 30 years ago, “breakfast” consists of a coffee and a granola bar so don’t kid yourself, not a single plastic cup in the room never mind a glass, which is fine because you can’t trust it anyway.
