Don’t go .... The exhaust in the restroom not working- because of this smelled musty. Toilet did not flush well. Would not go back again

The king size bed room only has one night end table . So u have to use a chair for the kitchen as table for the side that’s missing one. The shower was clogged. So the front desk had to come and plug shower. The carpet was dirty and shower multiple stains on the floor, my credit card was charged the deductible when there was no damage to the room.

Our room at this “smoke-free” facility REEKED of cigarettes. It was definitely seeping out of the carpets and the walls. It smelled absolutely awful. The faucet in the shower was leaking and would not turn off completely. Terrible place to stay will not be going back.

Unexpected deposit expense at check in which was equal to the room cost. Stained/dirty bathroom. Missing batteries in tv remote. Unable to locate/No ice machine

This property needs some upgrades. My bathtub and sink were leaking. The rug had stains on it. The check in process took almost 10 minutes. It’s like the lady at the desk booked my reservation all over again and did not take any of the information I included in Expedia.

I didn’t even get a room because when I got there the receptionist said she couldn’t find my name. Even tho it was booked and she was shown the email confirmation very unprofessional and she was rude

Roof was being worked on starting at 7am, no coffee maker, no dishes, very dated, smelled bad, no ice machine that was working and front desk staff didn’t care about any of these issues. Avoid this hotel!
