I want a refund No tv no internet had to wait 30 minutes to get checked in and bathroom was dirty no more rooms and toilet was running all night NO SLEEP

Very disappointing Room was clean, I'll give it that. Stayed in December 2020. Heater was incredibly noisy. Refrigerator was noisy. Smoke alarm started chirping at 3:00 in the morning. Called and the desk advised me to disconnect it even though it was eight feet high on the wall!!?? Called two more times. No one came to fix it. Stayed two nights. No housekeeping during that time.

The worst hotel ever The hotel was unclean, and had a list of issues a mile long. Just to name a few, there was a massive leak coming from the ceiling, in the first floor hallway. In our room there were sections of the walls, that were ripples open, with exposed wiring. The hotel staff was just ok, they asked a lot of weird questions when I arrived. I was there just for a quick weekend with my boyfriend, nothing big. The front desk staff demanded to know where I was employed. I found this to be a weird, I told her that

I have stayed in many longterm “business“ hotels. This ESA location is easily the worst hotel, of any type of hotel I have ever been to. The carpet and floors are so disgusting, not wearing shoes would be a very bad decision. There was a used condom found under a couch bed, small coarse hairs in clumps in a bathroom. It says non-smoking but the hallways reek of 12 different cultures cooking, cigarettes, weed, and dust. There are dogs that bark all hours of the night; one of the rooms has 3 dogs in it. This was a terrible stay. The front desk was rude, checkin was 3pm i arrived at 3 and was told no rooms were ready i had to wait. The front desk then took 20 mins to check me in. I didn’t get into my room until 4:30. Ridiculous! The room wasn’t cleaned there were stains everywhere, when reported the next day they only said sorry and didn’t even try to accommodate anything.
