My wife did not have her ID, so they refused us the room that we had reserved. I asked for an exception, but still job room.

Dirty room no clean towels and roaches had to leave expeditiously don’t do it

Avoid Hotel Dirty loud hotel. No cleaning service even put trash outside door were it stqyed for days. Woke us up on 4th out of 6th day demanding we needed to check out. Gotnto front desk, oh our bad you paid for 6 nights no apologies , nothing. Wont stay again

There were people sitting outside smoking marijana and the halls elevator smelled like it. There was loud music in other rooms at midnight, but you could not hear it from inside the room. The towels didn't look clean and the bathtub was not clean. The room had a strong cheap air freshener smell.

Horrible Bathroom light didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed as well as the shower was leaking and tub full of water upon arrival

All extended stays are a miss, dont come. The Extended stay in Dresher is an awful place. A lively community, which I enjoy. However the condition of the rooms, the customer service and condition of the hotel in general was horrible. Ants and roaches in the room, there was a fire that inconvenienced my meeting and a FORCED checkout at 11 or I’d get charged $30 because I was packing up and left at 12. I wouldn’t stay again. The messes up my reservation and threw my items out of my hotel room I called and they told me they didn’t have a room 125 when I infact had my key to my room that I had stayed in the previous 3 nights, the cops were there the noise all hours was ridiculous, I would never stay here again.

Room was very dirty. Floor had spills on them. Bathtub was dirty. Bed headboard was very dirty. Refrigerator wasn't clean. No soap. My wife used wipes to clean everything.
