The bathroom was disgusting the toilet and tub was dirty our towels was wet the room had a funny smell we told the front desk they said it’s normal

I had to have my room switched because the first one was dirty and broken down. Then the second room I went to was also dirty. I found somebody's old washcloth hanging in my shower curtain. Hair all in the bathroom. Didn't look like it was cleaned at all prior. I usually have no issues with Extended Stays. But I will not be staying at this one again

I feel that i am owed at least a partial if not a full credit. I hav nvr been so disgusted and appalled at the nonchalant behavior of a service industry. I checked in abt 4 pm maybe i was extremely tired and just wanted some sleep. I dozed off relaxed go to bathroom filthy grime in walls, trash can still full not one cup or plate in entire room apoarently place has gone downhill and now have to ask for all amenitues in room at desk. It was close to some walking trails for my morning walk. When we got into the room the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling. I moved an end table to reach a plug and there were wrappers and peanut shells behind it. The hair dryer holder was pulled off of the wall - holes still there. The grout in shower was orange and black with mold and the shower did not drain. Called maintenance for drain and smoke alarm and they did respond within hours. This place is awful,people smoking marijuana,the smell on my room was very strong,the bathroom was disgusting,the floor was very dirty and greasy,one of my worst experiences in life. I will never ,ever stay on extended stay America again!!!

Some of the staff was extremely rude. Noisy dirty.....
