Check in was difficult, the shower faucet leaked and sprayed water throughout the bathroom running into the kitchenette. Wasn’t able to watch television for 1.5 hours because of no service in the hotel. Very bad experience

This was my second week staying here, completely different room from my first since I checked out over the weekend and came back Sunday. This room was on the first floor and visually not as clean as the room I had the week prior. Dirt and food crumbs were in the corners of the room, the fridge had grime and dirt on the handles, the bathroom had a weird smell to it (probably due to the leaking tub), and the staff did not refill the toilet paper prior to me coming. Whatever request you made with front desk towels,tissue pillows etc.You had to go too the front desk and get it. Spots on my shower curtain no cooking utensils as advertised just a unpleasant experience

The condition of the entrance was below quality- the bedroom sheets were completely wrinkled also no extra toilet paper- not tissues- no soap- nothing in kitchen area - very disappointing.

I would recommend noone ever stays there, absolutely horrible, from the staff and the unbelievable dirty room

Worst hotel in every way. Rude and dirty service. Room was really gross once I walked in, they decided to change it but the other one was dirty too

Would never stay here again!! No daily cleaning (which was in the fine print), room and floor smelled of weed, no shampoo at front desk (much less lotion or conditioner), they RAN OUT OF TOILET PAPER!! Asked for a spoon and got a bent spoon - ridiculous!!
