Floors were filthy...tub and bathroom sinks would not drain properly....

I paid for 5 days, when I came at the first day I found s lot of fresh blood on mattress, ask another room, they said don’t have, I did check out they said I wait 5 days and get my money back. Never received back and they said “I lied, it’s not happened. I’m very upset, lost my money and they called me lier. Never go back and never advise.
No one was at the front desk the entire time we stayed. You had to call & wait. Room smelled musty. Zero kitchen items in the room. Sign said “request & they will be delivered”. Trash cans outside front door were overflowing.

Me and my child spent 4 nights at this hotel. The first room they gave us was nasty there where stains all over the mattress and rust in the tub.I asked for another room. We arrived at the second room. The trash had not been emptied in the bathroom,the rug had weird stains and there was water leaking from somewhere in the refrigerator cause it was causing ice to form in the freezer and the fridge. Muffin for breakfast, broken fridge and AC, smelled like Mildew reported to staff and never addressed issues

Bismal No maid service unless you pay for it? The price should be a lot lower due to that.
