My family had 3 rooms at this place for one night. If you're OK with slightly dirty and stained linen, and with some hair in the bed and towels, then this place is OK. The old adage, "You get what you pay for". This place was about $30-50 cheaper than other 3-star hotels. The outside of the building looks great and well kept, but when you walk down the hallways, it is not as pleasing. The fan was so noisy that it was impossible to get a proper sleep.

The hotel was super cheap which is the only good thing about it. We had no hot water in our shower. The room was somewhat cleaned. Although the sheets looked like they haven’t been changed there was hair and food crumbs in the bed, thankfully I took my own sheets, blanket, & pillow cases. I also didn’t like that we had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and new towels whenever we needed them. Cheaper isn't always better The location was great as I only stay in the Horsham area when I visit Philadelphia. The hotel was not so great, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows (were so FLAT) felt like they were purchased at the local Dollar store. I was tempted to go and purchase new pillows from Walmart.

This room was absolutely filthy. The bed was disgusting. I got in late and was exhausted. I did not want to drive anymore. However, I was bitten by a bug. Probably a bed bug. I told the front desk and was refunded. This was unacceptable filth. There was bed bugs, black mold and terrible smells throughout. I changed rooms twice. Not worth the stay. Pure filth.

I would like to make a serious complain in regards our stay at the Extended Stay at Horsham, PN on Dec. 20, 2018 The room was dirty, spider webs on corners, the bed sheets TOTALLY dirty, with human fluids, DISGUSTING, the trash can has trash and a strong smoke bar odor, the toilette with urine all over.
