Our apartment was flooded so we had to find a hotel room for a few nights. I thought it would be wise to save money so I chose this hotel. It was so filthy & run down, with people repairing their cars in the parking lot, people sitting on the curb outside smoking and drinking, people sleeping on the bench in the entrance. This was the worst hotel I've ever been to. I'd rather sleep in a car than go back.

This property was run down, dirty and I would not stay here again for free. Then I first approached, I noticed that the garbage buckets out front were overflowing with trash. Then I went in to a very dingy lobby. I booked 2 queen size beds (we are a family of 4 with 2 teens.) At check in we were told that they don’t have any queen rooms so they “upgraded” us to a king bed. I asked where my two teens would sleep! The shower was cold! I complained 3xs to different people and it was never resolved. The floor was extremely sticky and that too was never corrected. There was no handle in the cold shower to get in and out even though it was a handicap room.

I had already reviewed this location and i was very unhappy about my stay. One manager got back to me about this and offered a free night stay at any location so i thought id give it another shot. They asked my address to send me something in the mail about this and i have yet to recieve anything which now makes me more upset that this company did not back up what they would do for their guest. Im willing to give them another shot if what they said about offering me a free night stay is true! Thank You.
