Disappointed Carpet needed vacuuming; mirrors had fingerprints and spray marks; shower head worked but not the faucet (couldn’t take a bath); hairs on the sheets (I slept on the mattress pad rather than unclean sheets).

This hotel is extremely rundown. Ripped bedspread. Terrible odor in hall, from someone cooking, lack of ventilation is the problem, there is a sign in the room that says to open window when cooking for ventilation...odd at best, especially when it is freezing outside. Bathroom was dirty, tub caulking is completely cracked around tub. Very disappointed! We stayed in the Extended Stay America in Morris Plains, NJ and it was so much better, don’t understand why chain hotels are so inconsistent.

They charged me when i got to hotel after expedia charged me now i have to wait days for my money,very incoveince

No shower curtain and the window to the room was open when we arrived (it was December so the room was freezing). I've definitely stayed at better Extended Stay Americas.

There were roaches running in the room I called the front desk they did nothing about it. I checked out the same night they refused to give me my money back. I have spoken with guest relations, general Manager who was beyond DISGUSTING sided with her employees. DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
