No free breakfast If you want to stay here for the free breakfast don’t the breakfast was trash all the had was those crunchy dry breakfast bars and it was only an hour into a two hour breakfast

Last minute. Shower tub had mold, and breakfast is coffee with muffins or health bars, instant oatmeal, with coffee sweeten creamers not diabetic friendly.

Dirty, stinky, crappy I already completed a survey on the stay. Don't want to relive such a bad experience.

Bad Trash old smelled of smoke I want a refund

Very dirty hotel. Room was not very clean also did not have towels, soaps, shampoos.They told us that we will not have some of them within three days. Continental breakfast was not provided.

Bad hotel, overpriced, dirty. Room was not done when we checked in (not cleaned, need not done, dishes not washed etc.). We were given another room, but it was dirty, we had to request clean sheets and towels so we could spend the night there. The following day we moved into our original room but it was even dirtier than the previous one (ants in the room, malfunctioning toilet, mold on the wall and the ceiling, dust on the floor - supposedly from renovation, but clearly this had not been renovated). Staff asked for IDs for everyone one over 18 citing policy and security. The neighborhood was really safe, and i was with my family of four. I’ve never heard of a hotel asking for IDs an making everyone sign. Lousy staff and rude!!!

I was unable to get wifi and informed hotel representative and he suggested I upgrade to premium for a fee. I didnt have wifi my entire stay.
