I didn't like how the manager that had checked me in looked at the photos I took of the room and said to me well you did book from an outside source. That says to me that I apparently deserved to have a dirty room. He said that there were no other rooms for him to move me too which turned out to be a lie because I called customer service for extended stay and they told me that there was a few rooms available as well as I searched online to see if I'd be able to book one for the same night at the same hotel and there were mul... read more

Room was run down. Key didn’t work. Smelled strongly of marijuana. Booked for 2 nights, left after 1. Didn’t bother asking for a refund because I knew it would be a hassle.

Bad experience I was very tired and I check in late . The room phone was not working. I wake up next day . There was a big cockroach in my bathroom. Then my bathroom shower tub was not working. The water was not going down in the drain . I didn’t take shower and left the hotel earlier than checkout time .

The only thing I like in the complete stay was the grab and go continental breakfast. That’s it!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad service. Rooms where dirty. Toilet was clogged we had 7 rooms two were switched to a single bed insted of two. We have been getting the run around with the manager about our stay.
