Stayed one night I walked into the place and was waited on immediately. The clerk was really kind and I have no ill words to say towards her at all. She charged me $100 for 'incidentals' which I'm familiar with and had no issues with. The room was not what the pictures show. The TV was 1/4 the size of the pictured TV, the closet was missing the sliding doors and the fridge had dings and dents all in it. No knowledge staff Never stayed due to an unknowledgeable employee..... asked me for papers for my service dog... and told me i need to pay for them...

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The room was dirty, towels stained, no hot water for 2 days, the toilets did not flush and the cable would freeze. I also found bugs in the bathroom. I booked a 5 day stay and was able to move rooms after making multiple complaints. The new room had sticky stains all over the carpet and the counters were filthy with dried food and liquids. The “grab and go breakfast” is a muffin, granola bar and coffee. Hell Charged me a 100 incidental said returned didn't. Refused to return the money or look into attempted to charge me twice for it the night of booking. Only returned one after arguing for 15 minutes

They broke the law & FD agent was horrible Arrived to c/i and the fd clerk was on the phone talking to someone about not knowing what to do not having enough rooms etc then was rude to the guy in front of us and refused him a walk in room saying they didn’t have enough rooms then it was our turn she told us it has “been a day let me tell you” ok unprofessional there (I used to be a gm for a major hotel chain for years) I informed her that we had a service animal she started to take an attitude requesting for a service animal... read more
