Poor service. Long wait to check in. No hot water in shower. Iron gunked up. Ruined a new shirt. Noisy guests every nite. Only one elevator.

Check in was at 3, got there at 4 and the room still wasn’t ready. There were roaches and the sheets smelled like bleach and felt like burlap. Front desk clerk was nice and tried her best.

Light bulb blew out, sheets were extremely thin, brd looked like it had mold on it, dust everywhere, front desk people were not kind or friendly & the sink just doesn’t get hot

They didn't have proper breakfast. They didn't even have coffee or water to drink in the "dining" area after 9:30 am. The rooms weren't particularly clean.

Not Recommended The lady at the check-in was rude and not helpful. I have a foreign drivers license but a valid DHS state ID and she still insisted we go dig out our passports. Apparently a DHS approved ID is not acceptable here. We were given a room key for a room which was torn apart and dirty and she seemed unaware of that. The second room had a non-working air conditioner. When we complained about these first two the desk lady made excuses and never made any effort at any kind of apology.
