My room smelled bad, the fridge kept making a knocking noise. The person upstairs sound like they were going to fall through the floor. Dogs were braking loud. I asked 3 times to change my room and they kept telling me to come back later. And the wash rags looked dirty. This hotel gets a -1 from me.

Not impressed. Through hotels.com I booked a room with two queen beds. The hotel doesn't even have a room of that type so we were left with three adults, one bed, and one sofa bed. There were no sheets or pillows in the room. There was an errant ear bud left in the room on the floor, and the same piece of litter in the hallway for the entirety of the stay. My room was dirty when said something about it I was told they didn’t have another room I had to clean the room myself towels were dirty with spots and staff was rude I always book with you I never received bad service til that location after a 7 hour ride

The property itself is fine. The room was clean and spacious. I choose this hotel because of the proximity to family. My only issue was I was given a room with a king bed and a sofa bed but I reserved 2 queen beds. The hotel could not switch our room. Since I made the reservation through Expedia, the hotel said a king bed is what was put in from the third party.

Bathtub had patches of enamel missing. Closet bifold doors were absent. Towels were well-laundered and past their "soft" life.
