Smelly The hallways smelled really bad of a dirty musty odor. This place was not very clean. The check in people not very accommodating. The opening doors in the front to this place on the inside so filthy.

It was a disappointment before we ever arrived. I traveled from South Carolina and called several times to notify them we would need a late check-in due to traffic. I was told that my 2 rooms that I paid for in advance would be offered to anyone "first come, first served" after 6pm. If we did not arrive by 6 we could lose our rooms. Got there at 5:55 pm. Waited 30 mins to check in. Got our 2 rooms. Rooms clean but doors stuck and had to forcibly close. Key cards worked sporadically. Told front desk my key didnt work for room... read more

They gave my reservation away claiming they “over booked”. They sent to another hotel that cost me $20 more a night. The very least they could have done was eat the difference, but they didn’t.

There was dust everywhere. The room had towels used from a previous guest behind the door. The tub had rust red rust . Their was even used plastic cups in the bathroom . The ac worked but because of curtains being in the way the air didn’t get out good. We had to wait two hours to get clean plates and silver ware and cups . The pull out couch had no sheets. Hotel was VERY DIRTY! Only one staff was working. If it wasn’t for the holiday weekend, we would have left but we couldn’t find a hotel that had a room.
