Property condition is very poor. Carpet in room was stained and dirty, laminate floor was dirty/ sticky, hair from former guest around bathroom, bathroom shower tile dirty/ stained, overall condition was very uncleanly needing serious updates and improvements

Stove top was not cleaned, ceiling leaked though I was moved to another room. the stove in the alternate room was not clean either. In the first room the tub looked like there ws plaster around the drain. Again the "breakfast" was not nearly enough for all guests and it was noted that there were problems with deliveries of items. Again coffee pots were not kept full . Sadly I would not stay at an Extended Stay America again.

Discouraged The staff was very nice. We checked in and was told that they had to hold a $100.00 security deposit on our credit card in case there was damage. Once to the room, I noticed, the inside shower curtain was orange stained at the bottom and the outer curtain had brown streaks down the inside of it. Smells bad. People hanging out in the back begging for cigarettes. It reminded me of a rundown hotel.

A real life roach motel We checked in on Friday afternoon to Room 345.There were some issues with the room that over time we discovered. first there was the issue of roaches. We went out to dinner and when we returned we discovered roaches in the bathroom.and the sleeping area eventually we killed 6 roaches. Awful place. Nothing was clean. Staff was rude and NEVER at the front desk.

After we checked in we realized how bad this dirty room was, we ask for another room but apparently they were full. Before we left the place I tried to have my payment returned to me but what they said was you have to call expedia. What a Filthy/Dirty place. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD , also just for record every hotel that we tried to get a room around there were booked.
