The manager Megan is rude & spiteful

The air didn't work the fridge made noises the TV did not work right

Considering where this hotel is in the heart of bucks county, I was extremely extremely disappointed in the condition of this hotel. I would have thought it would be better in terms of aesthetics and looks and comfort

Worse Hotel in My Life! The hotel was filthy. As soon as I walked through the doors, I knew it would be dirty because the black floors were white from the salt outside.

Electric went out and we were in darkness no heat for over 30min This property had no generator. The worst 😫 😪

The property was run down and dirty. Lights did not work, I found used wash clothes draped over the shower bar. Clearly housekeeping did not check. There was toothpaste spit dried in the sink and a refrigerator that was so noisy it kept me awake. Now… the positive was Linda the evening attendant. Personable, engaging and an asset. I should have left the minute I got to my floor when it reeked of weed.
