Absolutely horrible I did not stay,. I checked out I checked in.. went to my room. As soon as I opened the door and looked around,, the room looked dirty.. I then looked down at the floor of my room.. and noticed ants were crawling on the floor, I immediately went to the front desk.. .. told them of what I saw and immediately checked out! Obviously I demanded a full refund since I did not stay in that dirty room with ants crawling on the floor.. the property smelled horrible. The security door that needs a key card to get in was broken....so anyone could enter the hotel. The front desk person was friendly and nice.

Very outdated, everything in the room looks old From the walls to the floor just brown very depressing. Blankets are thin the smell in the hallway is musty. Not extra blanks not extra pillows.

Not all that! I'm disappointed in there were no USB ports, you had to ask for pans, an upfront &100 deposit.

Shitz Carlton We had 8 rooms for a business trip and each room was dirtier than the next. One of our guest walked to Walmart to get fresh sheets and pillow. There was mouse droppings in all our rooms. One of our guests had to have their room change as it was just unacceptable. One of our rooms had what we hoped was dog feces you in the hallway to her room. Our room had clumps of hair stuck in the bathtub . This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at!!! We had a major problem at 8 am but could not get anyone to come to ourvroom until 2 pm. Our sheets had the dried remains og BUGS!!! When wexwent down for the included breakfast there was coffee...2 muffins and dried out OLD packs of oatmeal and 6 granola bars! Yuk! Our firstvroom was DIRTY with a very sticky floor. I called about two hours before our arrival to ask if they could accommodate a one hour early arrival. They said they could not and this caused us great inconvenience. We also advised there were two lights out in our room. They said they would fix it but they didn’t. Upon checking out they said they were out of light bulbs. This should never occur with a major hotel chain.

The toilet seat was up, to imply the toilet was cleaned only to see remainders of one's bowel movement in the bowl!
