The place was a dump. Dirty carpets, broken furniture, broken refrigerator handle, broken closet shelf, questionable cleanliness in bathroom, extremely squeaky door, closet door replaced with curtain, broken light fixtures, missing bulbs, torn leather chair, one broken office chair to use at table, old dirty microwave.

Noise and disturbances from other rooms. Thin walls.

Loud guests. Music blaring at all hours. People having loud arguments in rooms. Dirty room, nothing in kitchenette for use. Seriously considered leaving, if it hadn't been 3am

Place needs a renovation ASAP

No basic kitchen essentials. Floor was dirty and unswept. Blankets covered in pet dander and the other double bed had visible unwashed stains.trash bin in kitchen had trash in the liner. Bathroom was the only clean area.
