Not what I expected The check-in process was great. The young lady that checked us in was very sweet. However, we did not get the accommodations that we requested (an accessible shower - due to a double knee replacement). We were then informed that the elevator was broken. I had to walk up two flights of stairs. It was a challenge, but I got through it. The freezer was not working and it had a terrible odor. The sheets were absolutely disgusting. The staff member was nice to my face, but talked poorly behind my back to another staff member when I asked him to change the sheets. I would rather pay more for a place that provides excellent cleanliness and welcoming service.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life!! So dirty, stinky, loud guest, made me feel so unsafe & uncomfortable. The entire room was disgusting, there was hair in the shower, sink, & the towels! You could tell they didn’t clean the bathroom after the last guess. The sheets on the bed were gross! The only pleasant thing about this place are the staff, they were all very nice.
