The manager of the hotel refused to honor my reservation and lied when asked about it. She never told my husband and I that even though she refused to honor the reservation, we would be charged for the room. It is absolutely impossible to reach a live person at hotels.com to file a complaint.
It was the worst room that I have seen, the lamps were missing the switch, shower curtain was ripped off the wall, the floor looked disgusting and many more. We checked in, went to see the room and left. Do not recommend!

Filthy and disgusting The room was absolutely filthy. It was not vacuumed, there was mold on the bathroom sink, urine on the toilet seat, food crumbs all over the kitchen, other peoples hair all over the toilet and sink. I could go on and on. It was the most filthy and disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life.

I didn’t like anything. Everything was dirty. Won’t stay here and don’t recommend to anyone not worth the money

Tried to charge me twice, room was dirty

The hotel was in a nice area, and looked well maintained. At check-in, the woman at the front desk was stressed looked like they were understaffed. That was the only time someone was at the desk of the 3 nights we were there. The items that were to come with the room (dishes, silverware, pots, etc) were not there and when asked, still did not receive them. The receptionist was rude, the room and hallway smell like cigarettes, the place looks run down. Do Not Stay here!!

Do not stay here! It is dingy and being used as section 8 housing.
