Total crap. No luggage cart(they can't find it), Wifi not operational, room keys not operations (you had to find someone to let you into room every time you left the room- and staff not apologetic about it ; not told if this problem until after I checked in and told I could only get a refund if I cancelled reservation. Place is very rundown. Staff said "call 'corporate' if you have a problem"- so I called the customer relations the number listed online : no answer.

Very poor condition room not clean poor running water floors dirty everything about this place is horrible i cut my stay short by 1 day please refund me

Left a lot to be desired This hotel was mediocre at best. The door took some effort to open and close and the security lock barely sat in the latch correctly. The room smelled like stale baby powder, the pillows were awful, and the bathroom sink was clogged so whenever I ran the water I had to be careful not to overflow the sink. This hotel was definitely older, which is fine, but the cleanliness factor needs a lot of improvement.

Stay away... Dirty floor and counter in room, smelly also and sheets look like they had been slept. O' and the cable was not working. Would not recommend to any one.

There was no hairdryer and the shower head doesn’t provide enough water to rinse yourself! The HVAC unit and kitchen motor kept me awake all night, as well as the sound of water bubbling up in the sink in middle of the night.
