Underwhelming at best Upon arrival, we had to wait to check in for quite a while bc someone had decided to not stay and wanted a refund. This was the first red flag. We were in a non smoking room, it smelled like smoke and the window was open clearly trying to air out the room (it was 50’ F outside). Worst hotel I have ever booked The place was filthy. Dust everywhere, and trash under the bed. People were smoking marijuana on our floor which was supposed to be nonsmoking!! Checked out after checking in, and was assured a full refund. Called today to find out when the refund would appear, and was told to contact Hotels.com, which could only get 2 of the 3-day stay refunded. Absolute disgrace. Do not stay here!!

My first interaction with staff on duty, including the manager was not pleasant. I traveled from Louisiana, after booking and prepaying for my stay for 4 days, to be told I had to pay a $100 deposit for incidentals, and if there are no damages I would get it back within "3-5 business days!!" I mean, what if I had not budgeted extra for things like this. The only explanation given was "at least we are cheaper than others" and "corporate makes the call."
