Know what you’re getting into Bed sheets appeared to be fresh, but the mattress smelled like urine and when I climbed in bed, my backside was immediately damp. There was a large water puddle on the kitchen floor, either from the fridge or a leak from the ceiling. No toilet paper and no shampoo. I’ve spent several nights at this location and sadly, this is typical for the room conditions.

A room with a bed. The building was old but tidy. The bed was not comfortable. We had to stay there longer than 5 days in order to get the sheets or towels changed. The workers were all pleasant. They should say free breakfast. (Pastry &juice) Would I stay there again- maybe.

The first room we were given was completely infested with cockroaches. We did not realize this when we checked in but after we returned from dinner when the lights were turned off and we re-entered the room there were cockroaches on the walls on the ceiling on the kitchen floor in the bathroom on and under the counters. The Wi-Fi was so slow has to be completely useless. As an up charge they offer a faster Internet, 3x as fast; even that would have been useless and very costly. Disappointed The room had a funny smell and the floor was a little sticky and the front of the refrigerator was all rusted - disappointing

I am staying in the hotel for 4 days and the microwave was ordered because it is not valid and there is its staff, its name is Nesreen is not welcome and is very helpful and the hotel is not clean and the staff is not good with customers السلام عليكم انني ساكن في الفندق ٤ ايام و تم طلب المايكرويف لانه غير صالح و هناك موظفه اسمها نسرين هي غير مرحب و غير خدومه جداً و الفندق غير نظيف و الموظفين غير جيدين مع الزبائن لا ننصح بهذا التعامل من فندق عريق
Crumbs in the microwave, hair in the tub drain, white splatters on the bathroom wall, lower third of the bathroom mirror with splash and spittle marks, toilet paper holder falling out of the wall, dirt along the baseboards.

Staff was very lazy. When I checked out at 0700 AM in the morning. Staff was not at the front desk. I waited several minutes and asked very loudly. No one responded. I had to go to outside and call the front desk. I asked the staff to print a copy of the receipt. She refused to do it. She said I can find it in my email. I never did. The staff was in the back office the whole time
