The first room had a dirty fridge, the replacement room was dusty and smelled bad. Customer service was beyond awful.

Our reserves room was not clean when we arrived for check in at 11pm and had to wait in the lobby while they cleaned it. They didnt give us toilet paper or the extra ned requested.

Nothing it looked ghetto. The staff was unfriendly, the room was noisy

Stay ANYWHERE other than here!! In order to check- in, I had to leave the front desk to call from a phone in the vestibule. Then when i requested more pillows, I was told they didn't have any extra pillows. A hotel that didn't have extra pillows? Thats a first. Save your money and time.

Don't Bother!!! Client base was great, people smoking pot and cigarettes right at the front door area. Hard to get thru the lobby door with luggage. Lobby was old and minimal and the rooms were the same. Beds were hard and cigarette burn marks in the bathroom.

Sorry excuse for a hotel. The only good part was Check-in and check-out. The lights on the 3rd floor were mostly out in the hallways. My room had a musky stench. I needed to buy air fresheners. The bed is supposed to be queen size but it’s more like a double bed. The tv only plays one channel. I tried to change the channel but it did not work . I mostly had cold water in my shower. I will never stay here again .
