Awful! Poor cleanliness. Awful. Would not stay again. Found ants all over the counter, floors were sticky, there was hair all over the shower walls. Would not even recommend to someone i hate. The elevator smelled like a urinal at a concert. If Gordon Ramsay was here, he'd be ashamed.

The room had an awful odor. You could hear everything from the other rooms next to you and above you. The staff was not concerned with customer service at all. During regular business hours there was no one at the front desk. You had to pick up the after hours phone to have someone come out to the desk. To be fair, there were two girls that were kind, but one that was very rude. Overall just blah!

Everything was dirty, and some of it didnt work. Staff uncaring.

The hotel has absolutely nothing and you must request for everything, for example a crib in which they do not have! In addition, only 1 staff member working and doing everything herself.

i did not like that minutes before checkout a staff was knocking on the door without acknowledging who is was which was unethical, also the breakfast that was provided was inadequate or insubstantial. There were burnt wholes in the sheets and this was suppose to be a non smoking room. Last but not least the floor in the kitchen area was sticky like it was not even cleaned.
