When me and my family first walked in the room it smelled like someone sprayed a bunch of spray to cover up a smell. Later on that day I kept saying what is that smell, it smells like wet dog. I think it was the carpet. So when we first walked in the room, the counter had chipped pieces, the stove looks nasty and the counter was falling apart. Horrible My stay at the Extended stay was horrible. My key to the room constantly disconnected or something.. each day I had to go back to the front desk to reprogram.. my second day I went to the front desk for help..just came in from a long day with my hands full. Of course the key doesn’t work. I go to the front desk. No one is there to assist me for about 10 minutes.. Never again Given wrong check out time info. Could not pay with cash for less then 7 day stay .

The linen was soiled. The towels were dingy and the tub had ring stains. The outside back door didn't lock. Anyone without a key could enter the hotel.

Outdated, and not clean. From the sheets to the bathroom. Far from a 3 star hotel.

My experience was horrible, first when I arrived I was given a 2 bed room when I reserved a queen room. Then the heater was not working on the twin size bedroom, then after waiting for a while I was moved to a queen size bedroom. I was with my girlfriend and the bed was not comfortable at all. Very disapointed
