The chairs were stained with some white substance whose origins I do not want to know. The recliner had a tear through the seat. The smoke detector was dangling loosely through a square hole in the roof. The sink had a thick yellow residue on several surfaces. A staff member was taking a phone call on their phone instead of checking us out. It was a subpar experience to say the least.

They rushed our check out and was very rude. I wouldn’t stay there again

Disappointing This is my 2nd room in the hotel since I checked in. I was in bed and a roach crawled on my arm in the first room. I screamed and jumped up. I killed the roach as it landed on the comforter and took it to the front desk. The young lady waa shocked and called her manager for guidance. Once her manager called back, I was put in another room. This room has a weird smell and a refrigerator that won't stop humming. It's very loud. Hotel I was charged 3 times and then workers were very rude about the refund process

The hotel lacks cleanliness. The staff tries to make the best of the hotels short comings. The room I'm in currently has a weird smell. Thank goodness for Febreeze. Just 2 days ago, I was in bed sick and a roach crawled on my arm. I killed it and took it to the front desk. The nice young lady at the front desk was shocked and very apologetic. It was freezing cold outside, but my room was even colder. There was no heat at all, no matter how high I turned up the heat only cold air would come out. It truly was my worst stay ever.

Noisy environment. Seemed as if parties and drug deals were going on in next room. Doors kept opening and closing to both next door room and exit to parking lot.

Booked this hotel for a friend's birthday weekend while we were traveling through the area on business, had problems checking in and couldn't get into a room until past 1 AM, the room we eventually landed had potato chips and hair under the made bed, kitchen floor was sticky, bathroom didn't have any toilet paper. Seemed like it was cleaned for appearance only and not for an actual guest. Someone from the front desk voluntarily changed the sheets and cleaned our fridge.
